She made her debut in TV serial “Sapnon Se Bhare Naina” in 2010 by playing role of Madhura.
She appeared as a guest twice in Bigg Boss in Season 6 and 11.
Asha Negi along with Rithvik Dhanjani participated in a dance show “Nach Baliye” season 6 in 2013 and was the winner of the show.
